The RCI- Entrepreneur Empowerment Project is a 501(c)3 Mentoring Program whose vision is to inspire and empower visionaries with new start-up businesses, ministries, organizations, and initiatives. As a mentoring project, we work to further our exempt status and accomplish our mission to educate and equip mentees and aspiring leaders. We do this by creating training curriculums for workshops, seminars and webinars to effectively impact our participants.
The Non-Profit LeadershipInstitute Workshop Spring 2019 workshop series is designed to educate, inspire and empower leaders who are contemplating starting a non-profit organization, and leaders of smaller or newly formed non-profits in the community. The training will provide the tools and strategies necessary for moving their organization forward.
We recognize that there is so much to do in response to major socio-economic needs in our communities. Providing effective training and follow through with mentoring our participants have proven to be very impacting in the last two years. The topics for the Non-Profit Workshops are:
. Establishing a 501 (c) 3
. Funding and Sustainability
. Designing and Implementation of your Program
. Board Development
